For example, if you place an order, we may prepare, adjust, modify where necessary, and transmit the Design for manufacturing, packaging, and delivery purposes.
Additionally, you grant us a worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to reproduce, use, publicly display, market, sell, and distribute the Design in connection with advertising, promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and sample materials intended to promote the Site.
Without limitation, these activities may include:
(i) displaying your products;
(ii) using promotional streams involving audio, video, or photographic content on the Site;
(iii) featuring Designs in magazines,fy Diyjerseys Content. Any such modifications shall remain the exclusive property of Diyjerseys and its licensors.
You represent and warrant that you own, or otherwise possess all necessary rights regarding the Designs you submit and that such Designs do not and will not:

(ii) violate privacy rights or rights of publicity of any person;
(iii) violate applicable laws or contain fraudulent, threatening, abusive, defamatory, libelous, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
You further represent that no unresolved claims or disputes exist concerning ownership rights, intellectual property rights, or any other rights relating to the Design or any portion thereof.
You consent to the use of your likeness and confirm that you have obtained written permission, releases, and consent from every identifiable person appearing within any submitted Design for use of that person's likeness in the manner contemplated by this Policy.
If any identifiable person appearing within a Design is under eighteen (18) years of age, you represent that written consent, permission, and releases have been obtained from that person's parent or legal guardian.
You further agree to provide copies of such permissions or releases upon request.
If your submission contains an identifiable individual under eighteen (18), we strongly recommend that you avoid including personal identifying information such as names, addresses, or similar details.
All Designs uploaded to the Site are automatically stored by Diyjerseys.
Diyjerseys does not review Designs before they are uploaded. Therefore, uploading a Design does not indicate or imply that the Design complies with this Policy.
By uploading Designs to the Site, you accept full responsibility for all submitted Designs and for ensuring compliance with this Policy.
You agree that any Design submitted as part of a service request or order may be reviewed to determine compliance with this Policy.
Diyjerseys may refuse to use a Design and may suspend manufacturing, processing, or shipment of any order associated with that Design.
Diyjerseys and its representatives reserve the right to request written proof confirming any rights, licenses, permissions, authorizations, or consents that you own or have obtained concerning any uploaded Design.
If you do not provide satisfactory evidence upon request, Diyjerseys may remove, restrict access to, or deny use of any or all Designs associated with your account and may suspend or terminate your account.
You also agree that Diyjerseys may disclose Designs and information concerning their submission and use to third parties where necessary to provide services, enforce this Policy, satisfy legal obligations, or comply with governmental requests.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Diyjerseys, together with its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, affiliates, contractors, representatives, agents, and third-party users, from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising directly or indirectly from:

(c) activities associated with obtaining products or services from Diyjerseys; and

Designs that violate this Policy may be removed from the Site; however, Diyjerseys has no obligation to remove Designs based on user requests or reports.
Diyjerseys bears no responsibility for removal, failure to remove, or loss of Designs stored on the Site.
We strongly recommend maintaining backup copies of your Designs within your own storage systems.
