While we always strive for perfection, we understand that mistakes can occasionally happen. In the rare event of an issue, we want to ensure a worry-free experience for our customers. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

Our Do-It-Right Guarantee

We make the process simple and hassle-free:

  • If any item in your order is printed or embroidered significantly differently from your approved design, or if the wrong product was sent, we will reproduce the affected item(s) or provide a full or partial refund based on your preference.
  • If we are unable to successfully reproduce the item(s), we will issue a refund for the affected products. Refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
  • If DHL shipping was selected for your order and you are returning or exchanging an item, we will fully refund your shipping cost.

Order Cancellations

Since personalized items are custom-made specifically for you, each item includes a $20 customization fee.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us with your order number and the reason for cancellation. We can cancel and retrieve the order only if production has not yet started.

Please note that production for personalized products begins shortly after an order is placed. If you request cancellation after production has started, a $20 restocking fee per item will apply.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the amount paid, excluding shipping charges and customization discounts, except in cases involving incorrect shipments.

After your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the transaction may take an extra billing cycle to appear on your statement.
